Libraries

Victorians is a very popular subject for authors and writers. Your local library will probably have a good selection of books (and maybe CD-ROMs) to choose from. Your school library is also a good place to look. If you are looking for good sources of information, which are not too difficult to read, why not print out the list from the Resources page?

Museums and Victorian Buildings

Many museums, even small local ones, have some Victorian artifacts often donated by local people. However, while there are some museums - a few are listed - there are also many superbly preserved Victorian houses, some of which are listed below, which you could visit to see how people used to live in Victorian times.
